Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded packaging is available with proper authorization.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before final payment.
What is the expected delivery time?
Typically, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the items and order quantity.
Can you produce items based on samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products according to your physical samples or technical drawings, including building molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if parts are in stock; however, customers are responsible for the sample and courier costs.
Do you test goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all goods prior to delivery to ensure high quality.
