Raw Materials: All raw materials are inspected strictly. Available in flat alloy or checker plate (2.5-3.0mm) using Aluminum grades 1100, 3003, or 5052.
Hardware: 304 stainless steel piano hinges are used to avoid rust, verified by salt spray tests. Precise sizing matches waterproof door designs perfectly.
Gas Struts: All gas strut metal accessories, nuts, screws, and rivets have been upgraded to 304 stainless steel for specialized environments.
Drawers: 53mm width heavy-duty ball-bearing drawer slides with a 120kg load capacity. Includes locking options for full extension or closed positions.
Locks: Both T-handle and Whale tail handle locks available. Electric control and 3-point lock structures offer enhanced safety.
