Lining Sheets are manufactured using semi-crystalline thermoplastic materials, offering a continuous use temperature range of up to 180°F (82°C). HDPE Sheets maintain exceptional toughness and impact resistance even at low temperatures. These sheets are highly processable and exhibit superior resistance to basic solvents, greases, waxes, and acids, featuring smooth, anti-adhesive properties.
This material combines the advantages of various plastics, providing incomparable wear resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, and low water absorption. UHMWPE liners are available in multiple shapes and colors (Black, Grey, Natural) to assist in reducing flow problems in bins, hoppers, chutes, and truck beds.
