What are your terms of packing?
Generally speaking, our goods are packed in cartons or bags. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization letter.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 5 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures as required.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customers are responsible for the courier cost.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all products before delivery to ensure quality.
